Last updated 3 November 2026. This policy covers the WITAIPTV app for LG TVs and the iptv.witai.dev website, published by WITAI (contact: support@witai.dev).
In short
WITAIPTV has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no crash reporting. WITAI receives no data about you or about what you watch. What you enter stays on your TV.
What the app keeps on the TV
- The sources you add: playlist addresses, and for Xtream Codes accounts the server, username and password.
- Favourites, hidden and locked categories, watch history and the position in movies and episodes.
- The TV guide downloaded for your sources.
- Settings: language, appearance, subtitle style, start-up behaviour and the parental control PIN.
This data is stored in the app's storage on the TV and is never sent to WITAI. Deleting a source in Settings removes it; uninstalling the app removes all of the app's data from the TV.
Which servers the app contacts
- The servers of the sources you add (your provider): to download playlists, catalogues and the TV guide and to play streams. Your provider receives your login and your TV's IP address under its own terms and privacy policy. Logos, posters and guides that a source lists at other addresses are downloaded from there, and those servers receive your TV's IP address too.
- Only if you turn on Fill gaps in the TV guide: the public guides epg.ovh and epgshare01.online, or the guide address you enter. They receive your TV's IP address when the guide is downloaded.
- Only if you choose Subtitles from the internet in the player: OpenSubtitles (api.opensubtitles.com), to find and download subtitles. It receives the movie's or series' TMDB number (with the season and episode), the subtitle languages wanted and your TV's IP address, but no login, under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Only if you use the demo account: iptv.witai.dev and the servers its films and test signals play from (see below).
Your LG TV and the LG Content Store process data under LG's own terms and privacy policy, which WITAIPTV does not change.
iptv.witai.dev and the demo account
The website and the demo account run on Cloudflare. To deliver them, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address under its own privacy policy. WITAI keeps no logs of these requests and sets no cookies. The demo account is the same public login for everyone and holds no personal data. Its films and test signals play from the public servers of their publishers (Mux, THEOplayer, Unified Streaming and Apple), which receive your TV's IP address under their own terms.
Children
WITAIPTV collects no personal data from anyone, children included. Parental control lets you lock categories with a PIN.
Your rights and contact
As WITAI holds no personal data about users of the app, there is nothing to access, correct or delete on our side; the data on your TV is under your control as described above. Questions about this policy: support@witai.dev. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Poland: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).

Z jakimi serwerami łączy się aplikacja
- Z serwerami dodanych źródeł (Twojego dostawcy): żeby pobrać playlisty, katalogi i program TV oraz odtwarzać strumienie. Dostawca otrzymuje Twój login i adres IP telewizora na zasadach swojego regulaminu i polityki prywatności. Logotypy, plakaty i przewodniki, które źródło podaje pod innymi adresami, są pobierane stamtąd, a te serwery też otrzymują adres IP telewizora.
- Tylko po włączeniu Uzupełniania programu TV: z publicznymi przewodnikami epg.ovh i epgshare01.online albo z adresem przewodnika, który wpiszesz. Przy pobieraniu otrzymują adres IP telewizora.
- Tylko po wybraniu w odtwarzaczu Napisów z internetu: z OpenSubtitles (api.opensubtitles.com), żeby wyszukać i pobrać napisy. Serwis otrzymuje numer filmu lub serialu w TMDB (z sezonem i odcinkiem), wybrane języki napisów i adres IP telewizora, bez żadnego loginu, na zasadach swojego regulaminu i polityki prywatności.
- Tylko przy użyciu konta demonstracyjnego: z iptv.witai.dev i z serwerów, z których odtwarzane są jego filmy i sygnały testowe (niżej).
Telewizor LG i LG Content Store przetwarzają dane na zasadach regulaminu i polityki prywatności LG, których WITAIPTV nie zmienia.
iptv.witai.dev i konto demonstracyjne
Strona i konto demonstracyjne działają w Cloudflare. Żeby je dostarczyć, Cloudflare przetwarza dane techniczne, takie jak adres IP, na zasadach swojej polityki prywatności. WITAI nie prowadzi dzienników tych zapytań i nie używa plików cookie. Konto demonstracyjne to jeden publiczny login dla wszystkich, bez danych osobowych. Jego filmy i sygnały testowe są odtwarzane z publicznych serwerów ich wydawców (Mux, THEOplayer, Unified Streaming i Apple), które otrzymują adres IP telewizora na swoich zasadach.
Dzieci
WITAIPTV nie zbiera danych osobowych od nikogo, także od dzieci. Kontrola rodzicielska pozwala zablokować kategorie PIN-em.
Twoje prawa i kontakt
WITAI nie przechowuje danych osobowych użytkowników aplikacji, więc po naszej stronie nie ma czego udostępnić, poprawić ani usunąć; dane na telewizorze są pod Twoją kontrolą, jak opisano wyżej.
